We Provide IPTV Subscriptions. 1 Connection = 1 Device, you can’t use more than one device per connection! Any attempt to use more than 1 device at the same time exposes your subscription to get permanently terminated!
If you would like to use it for more than 1 device at the same time, you must get the correct plan from our pricing page.
Freezing and non-working content is normal in any IPTV service worldwide. Therefore, you may encounter these issues. Channels & VOD in any package are subject to updates, changes, or removal at any time without prior notice. We provide assistance to our IPTV resellers with any panel issues. IPTV subscription credentials are usually sent to the client's registered email within 1 business day after receiving a clear payment. The client is responsible for understanding how IPTV works and its nature.
We perform maintenance on our servers from time to time, which may occur at any time without an estimated time frame.
SERVICE CANCELLATION
You do not have to inform us if you plan to cancel your subscription or place it on hold.
If you decide to put your subscription on hold, your service will stop once you reach the end of your
current subscription duration. No payment is needed to cancel or place your subscription on hold.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Kenoa TV subscription codes are intended to remain active for the agreed-upon period, subject to these terms. If there are any server issues, such as stopping or non-working content, contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the problem. Kenoa TV does not sell any type of IPTV boxes; it is the client's responsibility to obtain their own device.
If you change your mind after purchasing the subscription and wish to alter your plan (add extra time or connections), you can contact us within 7 days of the purchase, and we will assist you.
PAYMENT
Your payment is handled through credit card, PayPal, and cryptocurrency payment gateways. If the transaction
fails, contact your bank and request them to allow the transaction.

Kenoa TV reserves the right to cancel any payment if it turns out that it has not been properly paid or
if the client applied credits to place the order. We do not support "applied credits" payments.
