At Kenoa TV, we want to ensure that you are satisfied with our service. However, if you decide to request a refund, please note that:

  • You can get a maximum of 50% refund, depending on your usage of the plan.
  • The amount refunded will be calculated based on the time elapsed and the portion of the service used.
  • Refunds are only available if at least 7 days remain in your subscription period. If less than a week is left, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for purchases of $5 or less.
  • Refunds will be processed to the email used for payment. If you would like the refund to be sent to a different account, please contact us within 24 hours of your request.

Example:

  • If you purchase a 1-month plan today and request a refund after 15 days, you will receive up to 50% of the initial payment.
  • If, for example, only 4 days remain in your subscription, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • If the original price was $5 or less, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • If you have extensively used the service, the refund amount may be lower.

How to Request a Refund:

  1. You have two options to get a refund:
    • Cancel your order: If eligible, you can cancel your order directly from your dashboard. Once canceled, you will receive a refund within 24 hours. For detailed steps, please refer to our Order Cancellation Guide.
    • Request a refund manually: Visit our Request refund page and submit a ticket with your order number and the reason for the request.
  2. Our dedicated support team will review manual refund requests promptly.
  3. Alternatively, you can send your request from the email used for purchase to our whatsapp.
